STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) FOR SCHOOL-BASED EXAMS

Every student has to appear in the TERM-I Exam in the school as per the schedule of the examination published by the school.
On the examination days, the students have to commute to the school on their own arrangements.
If any student will be found driving his/her vehicle into the school campus, the vehicle will be ceased, and it will be handed over to the concerned Parents only.
Every student must carry the following materials with them : (a) Admit card (b) Hand sanitizer (c) mask (d) writing materials (e) Self-declaration about your health status duly signed by the Parent (f) Handkerchief (g) Water Bottle
At the entrance of the school i.e the School gate, a Thermo Gun Temperature check will be done by the Security Guard on duty at the gate.
Entry into the School campus without having gone through the Thermo Gun Temperature Check and mask is strictly prohibited.
After having gone through the temperature check, the students have to submit a self–declaration about their health status duly signed by their parents. Such declaration has to be submitted to the teacher on duty at the gate, instantly. Whoever refuses to comply with these requirements will not be allowed to enter the campus.
The students have to wait for their turn patiently at all such checkpoints, maintaining proper social/physical distancing as per COVID-19 guidelines.
The students must put on their masks throughout their stay on the school campus, for whatsoever the purpose may be.
Students must go through the seating plan put up on the Display Board at the entrance of the main building.
After getting the information about the seating, the students must get seated in their respective examination room as per the seating plan. No student should minimize or reshuffle the seating plan.
The students having symptoms of fever, cough, and cold will be seated in a separate room.
Any student who wishes to dispose of the used mask/gloves can do so into a covered dustbin or outside the school campus.
Group discussion in any corner of the school campus is strictly prohibited.
All the instructions served by the Invigilator(s) must be strictly adhered to.
As suggested by the Ministry of Health, there must be at least 6 feet distance between students in the revised seating plan. It is advisable to mark the seating that students should occupy.
Ensure Physical/social distancing at the Entry and Exit Points of the School.

The parents and students having symptoms of fever, cold, cough, high temperature, and having underlying illness must not visit the school. Also, parents and students residing in the SEALED AREAS or CONTAINMENT ZONE must not visit the school. Such parents and students will contact the school for the smooth facilitation of all school activities.
